“Windermere Lake” - I visit Windermere Lake often and I am always inspired by the surrounding scenery. I love to walk first thing in the morning, when the lake is calm and the air is fresh. I took the reference photo for this painting on one of those morning walks. It was a beautiful spring morning in May.
